Reading Check-In: January 8, 2022

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

A new year with new books to read alongside the previous ones.

A brief update to what’s going on with me:

I don’t know if it’s the cold and sinus infection I had combined with the holiday rush, but I feel rundown. I’ve been reading and gaming, but whenever I get to writing (i.e. reviews, essays or stories), I stop after a short time because I feel exhausted. Hopefully, this won’t last long and I’ll be able to keep up with my blog writing.

What have you finished reading recently?

What are you reading currently?

What will you read next?

What are you playing currently?

Although I couldn’t afford a Switch, I still can’t believe it took me so long to play this game. I want this to be the first video game review I’ve written since Persona 5.

Speaking of Persona 5, I love the irony as to how Persona 5 Strikers is this month’s Playstation Plus Game AFTER buying it on sale before Christmas.

Reading Plans for the Next Few Months

Numerous indie authors have been extremely patient with me.

  3. I just got Over the Woodward Wall…glad to see you’re enjoying the series so far! I’m not sure when I’ll get to it, but one day, hopefully.
